Wedding Guidelines ( 4 to 2 Months Prior)

• Select and order your wedding souvenirs both for your guests and your principal sponsors

• If the caterer isn't doing for you, reserve rental items needed for your wedding day like sound system, projector, chairs and wine.

• Finalize guest list and address and send your invitations (make sure to include a map of the church and reception venue to assist your guests in finding your location)

• You might also want to consider having extra highlights on your wedding day like having a bubble machine, chocolate fondue and fireworks display

• Purchase shoes and other accessories

• Follow up marriage license

• Have your pre-nuptial wedding pictorial

• Submit photos to be used for your AVP or Audio-Visual presentation (Growing up Photos/ Prenup Photos)

• Make reservation of your hotel for you and your family where you will be staying a night before your wedding.
